About Me
I, Rupinder Kaur, born and raised in India. I came to Canada for my higher education and business growth. I am keen interested in extra curricular activities along with my study. I have participated in many Badminton competitions and won medals by playing at National level. Sania Mirza is my favorite Badminton player. I participated in Youth Festivals in college and achieved awards as best dancer and best photographer. Book reading and photography are my favorite activities during leisure time. I like to meet, greet and motivate people.
Education, Experience and Skills
Education- Pursuing Degree Diploma in Marketing Management, Langara College, Vancouver, British Columbia. I have Completed Bachelor of Commerce from India. Experience- I have worked as Marketing Associate for a year in JP Furniture House, India. I have gained the real marketing experience and learnt new sales promotional & positioning strategies.
Skills- I have strong analytical and communication skills. I can work in fast paced environment effectively and a leader with strong emotional control.

My project based on Social Media strategy course
I have done this group project in my third semester in Langara College. I played the role of Marketing Analyst. We are supposed to solve the problem of Famous band company Drumeo in targeting their main consumers by making them aware about the real purpose of their organization that was” Education- band” rather than “fun-band”.
I started working on Instagram and Facebook as these both are major social media platforms of Drumeo. I set the marketing objectives, then tracked the target audience, made an audit record of the company current market situation on Excel and then We analysed the results.
We made one campaign and simulation rounds for consumer to consumer interactions and to generate real purpose content on social media platforms where band educators will be present along with learners.
