Interview and Survey Questionnaires

Primary research was completed in two parts. An online survey was conducted to gather insights about gamification and its elements in the market. The next part comprised 1:1 interviews with the employees of giants in the industry like IBM, Amazon, GE, and HRs from Altimetrik as a case study.
